    This Fattie ROCKS... Talk about Flavor... Spices.. OMG..

    If you guys like Mexican style food (Authentic) Give this a try...


    1. 16 .oz Chub of Mexican Chorizo Pork Sausage

    2. Bowl of fresh Pico de Gallo

    3. Fresh Panela Cheese


    Make it as you would your normal fatty... Be sure when you add the Pico you drain as much water out of the tomatoes you can..







    Damn sure looks good...






    Off The Smoker........:biggrin:








    Sliced and ready to serve......






    You guys dont blame me if you get hooked....

    Never thought of using a little pico de gallo. That bowl of it looks so fresh! I've tried making my own a couple of times and can never get it right!

    Maybe I can find a recipe over in the "Sides" section.....hint, hint :rolleyes:

          Looks real good ... I bet once that thing is cooked, leftovers might entail some ground up over some nachos?? Whatever, it is just yummy looking!! :D

                yep the pico de gallo recipe would be good - then I might find out what it is :-)
                Looks a like a salsa in the pics.
                You could make it with sun dried tomatoes if you don't want liquid - just a thought :-)

                What I want to find is somewhere I can get those big green jalapenos.

                Planning a smoke at the weekend and I'd love top do some abts - but you just don't see the big chillis in the supermarkets over here.

                        Good lookin fattie!! I love chorizo too. I don't know about Ken, but my pico gets tomato, onion, jalapeno, cilantro and lime juice.
