I was going to grill this, but I have too much going on in the house to fire up the grill.
This is my last bachelor meal before the family gets back.
I don't know how much hamburger this is, but it's a bunch. Probably 1 and a half or 2 pounds anyway.
It's nothing but meat, no fillers, no eggs, and damn sure no oats!!! Only seasoned with salt and pepper.
Pan gravy ingredients.
Make a roux. The longer you fry it, the darker it will get. I didn't have the patience.
Remove from heat and slowly whisk in broth. Bring to boil and stir till thickened.
Add veggies. Season with a pinch of ground rosemary, garlic salt and pepper. Awesome color.
Serve immediately before the veggies go limp.
