Saturday Night Surf & Turf On The Weber

Got some Costco Filets today..... They were about 3" thick so I "fileted the filets" and grilled them on the Weber..... EVOO, Kosher Salt & CBP only..... Took some shrimp, hit them with a little Mad Hunky, wrapped 1/2 of them in bacon & grilled..... Broccoli with melted cheese finished it off.
