Hey, I'd eat that bread. but I'm gonna have to insist on a recipe. I'll convert it to a sourdough bread.

                            Here's the recipe.....

                            Filling

                            1 cup old fashioned oats
                            1/2 cup molases
                            2 tablespoons butter
                            2 teaspoons salt

Mix with 2 cups boiling water and cool to room temp or slightly above.

I have also added butternut squash, herbs etc..

                            Bread

                            6 cups flour
2 packets yeast activated in 1/3 cup 105 degree water with a 1/4 cup sugar disolved in water..

Add activated yeast to molases/oat mix and beat/stir in 2 cups flour at a time by hand...Only add 4 cups at this point

Then on a board add last 2 cups slowly...Sometimes do to atmospheric conditions you will need as much as 2 extra cups to get dough stiff

Turn dough into buttered(Greased) bowl and flip over to coat top with the butter

Cover with damp towel and let rise till doubled

Turn out onto board and flatten/puncture and divide into 2 equal pieces

Add dough to bottom of 2 bread pans like i used and after dough rises to top as shown(second rise overall)

Bake at 350 degree for 45-50 minutes or done on top...

I think i will stick to meat posts...I freaking hate typing...I used to pay people to do that.....
