Life hasn't been the same since I ran out of my 1st Canadian Bacon. (http://www.smoked-meat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=9475)
They had whole loins on sale for $1.99/lb. So I got two. One is 9lbs, the other 11.5 lbs!
