Nice, the family loves SBR and they especially love wings. I gotta be careful with the SBR cause Mrs. BP is a diabetic and it really raises her sugar level I normally make my own sauce so I can subsitute with splenda.sigpic

Here you go bud, I have been experimenting ever since Mrs BP was diagnosed earlier this year. I normally use the honey instead of the corn syrup cause honey does not effect her sugar levels nearly as bad, in fact her Dr recommends honey for a sweetener for her at times.
Ingredients:
1 to 2 cups water
3/4 cup light or dark corn syrup or (honey) whichever you prefer
2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup tomato paste
1/4 cup dark brown sugar (either splenda or sugar twin brands or just plain splenda sugar)
3 tablespoons molasses
1-1/4 to 2 teaspoons liquid smoke
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 to 1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 to 1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 to 1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 to 2 teaspoons paprika
1/8 to 1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cayennesigpic
