Made up a batch of these last night put then in Christene for bout an hour at 250° with hickory just to melt the cheese and add flavor
Cast iron works well.
par boiled tatters & sliced thin.
made up a taco mix with grnd beef and seasoning.
added refried beans and a mexi cheese blend.
out of smoker bout an hour or so.
Top with your fav natcho sauce & chives nice side or snack.
