              you all are right... there's none left... boy am I getting it from the family for not making more at a time... that branch got taken out of from the ice storm last year... just been setting... getting ready... I'll take pics of the tree and put them up... I don't think it's a pecan... looked up the leaves and believe it to be hickory... we'll see... whatever it is, it sure tastes good...

              and that's just my little camp grill with the brinkmann just sitting on it... I like the control that it gives me without having to drill holes in any of the other pans that came with that particular smoker... I need to figure out a way to have it a little more stable though... really gotta watch it now to make sure it don't fall when taking the lid off... but it works well... thanks again

                  So...an Lb of ground... how much Smitty's did ya use... and how was the heat?

                  I made some ground jerky that way a while back. Eh... ended up doggie treats. He sure loved them tho!

                    I used a full tablespoon of the smittys rich... great heat... we really loved it... added a depth that would not overpower... but hang with it... great after taste too...
