Bubba gave me. Needed some repairs to the gas line. Got it working now. Sooo.. I dunno if I got all the parts?

I have a rectangular kinda pan, wood goes here over flame?

And an oblong pan... above that for water? Errr? Anyone got some pix of the config I need?

Doh! NEver thought about that- Thanks E!

But I'm wondering if I WANT to use it now. Had it heating up..went and checked it a little after lighting and I had flame at the venturi (air intake screen) which is inside the "can" where the burner is. Hmmm...

LOL... well... I don't have my drum yet...

Thinking I might just gut it and use as a cold smoker... that burner makes me nervous.

Just blow the cobwebs out of the veturi and burner area. That should get rid of your flame problem.

I figgered that was the deal, too. And it was. But I gutted it anyway. Left the can that held the burner. Now will be equipped for the "sterno can cold smoke" program :{)

If you get your venturi serviced more than every six months, you won't have that problem.
