:thumb: This is a good one!
Gather up some walleye from the garden and fillet, no skin or bones.

Grind the fillets using the big hole plate, the smaller hole one grinds it too fine.

Here is my grinder

Everytime I try to give you points it just says "error on page"
Something's amiss or I've died and and yet unaware of it.

Mighty nice looking eye patties Tim. I myself would have a very hard time shoving walleye fillets into a grinder.
I bet if I ate one of them patties, I'd be all about it.
Do you " zip" them first?

I could go for a plate of those....Awesome....:hail::hail:

I thought the same thing... but hell...it's a good sounding mix, and a neat way to play with flavors. Walleye is a GREAT fresh fish fillet- but why not try it? Now a lake perch patty... :noidea: I dunno... THAT would be messing with perfection...

Sounds delicious. Don't know that I could grind a walleye, though. There is some sunny and crappy filets in the freezer........hmm.
