The Chicken was "Cajun" pre-marinaded from a meat shop..... It was OK, kinda bland actually..... The Pork was a Jerk marinade from a jar, it was OK to, not bad, just not great..... I do make my own Jerk paste marinade, that is nice & spicey, just outta it at the moment.
