Mexican martini
well since we do not have a forum for the "BAR"
I made a drink up and thought I would share it here.
fill a martini glass with ice water set aside to chill.
now dump it out and add several drops of triple sec and swirl around now add a jigger of chilled cactus juice ( that be tequila for the folks from La.)
on a tooth pick ( so named in La. or it woul have been called a teeth pick)
thread a serrano pepper and plop into the glass. enjoy and repeat.
