    I'm trying to find a recipe that will give me really good Montreal Smoked Meat. I tried one off the internet, but it wasn't very good. Thanks.

    Welcome N.S.... I gotta admit i'm unfamiliar with that type of process...can ya describe what makes it unique? Anything to do with Montreal spices?

          HUGE agrument on Montreal Smoked Meat...........i do a homemade pastrami, that most consider as good if not better than MSM
