Shrimp Cole Slaw w-pics

I enjoy cole slaw as a side and decided to try a diferent version this past weekend. My slaw dressing(modified a little), some cabbage I did a slice on in the food processor, some diced red pepper, some diced onion, some horseradish, and some shrimp I did a basic boil on.

I boiled the shrimp in their shells for added flavor then de shelled, and cut each in half. Tossed them with the above ingredients and was done.

Really good, a definite keeper for my tastes. Nice chunks of tender shrimp, crunchy slaw, etc. Next time I would add some shredded carrots.
