Im doing some chicken and dumplings from scratch, I needed a side, and saw a beautiful 2# T-bone at the market, A good steak as a side dish sounds good to me.. and my daughter from the looks of theser pics..

I know progressive posts are frowned upon, but I had to post these as I might not be in a condition to do them later..

gonna cook this steak a couple minutes on each side on the kettle.. rare meat is good..

turned out great, 6 minutes per side..

pics tomorrow..Im lit on tequila and cerveza.. :thumb:

sorry no pics of the the steak after I cut into it.. it was rare and juicy. Seasoned with Montreal Steak seasong, and some pieces dipped in oyster sauce at the table.

2 cups flour
5 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1/2 cup whole milk

did em' in the blender, formed a ball & rolled it out on the floured cutting board. Sliced them into squares. took about 5 minutes in the simmering broth.
