  • Roasted Stuffed Pork Tenderloins with Roasted Pears

Like to do this everytime i get some payback(fresh Bartlett pears) for garden produce swaps...

Trimming and splitting tenderloins..Never know the shape when buying in pack...Makes tying up fun though....I sure as heck havent mastered it...

Mix 1 tablespoon rosemary and tyme with 3/4 cups fresh breadcrumbs,1/3 cup cheese, salt, pepper and moisten with 2 tablespoons chicken stock

Coat cored and quartered pears with tablespoon balsamic vinegar and table olive oil and toss....Brown tied up tenderloins and pan with pears..I added bunch more rosemary/tyme on top

Roast at 400 degree 20 minutes flipping everything after 10 minutes....

Put on platter and scrape pan and add 1 cup chicken broth and 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, reduce by 1/3 and add 2 tablespoons butter to make sauce...

Stuffed pork tenderloin with roasted pears and jap rice...

I would like to grill smoke this one day,but for a twenty minute cook at 400 degree i never have done it,yet...

I might have to give that a go on the smoker! Do you use fresh or dyed rosemary and thyme?
