  • The time is near!!!!

    I have a load of smoking do do real soon for my brothers wedding on Saturday, i have 4 butts, 2 big pork loins, and a bunch of chicken drumsticks and thighs to do and three uds's to do them on.

    I am going to have to smoke the buts on Friday and the rest i hope i can fit in the three uds's on Saturday morning, its the chicken parts im afraid wont all fit?
    One uds has two shelves and the other two only one shelf so i am thinking of a way to hang the drumsticks from string or wire? Any suggestions would be great?
    This is definitely my biggest Smoke yet and i will get pics!!

    18" old smokey charcoal grill/smoker
    cast iron Hibachi
    22" Kettle w/ "Smoke-EZ" styled riser extension
    & rotisserator
    12x7 wells cargo vending trailer(mods in progress)
    stuffer,slicer & more carp than i can fit in it...
    Marshall amps & various awesome guitars,drums,P.A.,etc.recording studio.....

                    Man that's a lotta chit ta smoke, get on it. It'll be good I know fer sure dat. Lookin for those pics.

                    I've hung sausage and turkey inside my barrel with stainless steel wire before but my barrel is horizontal not vertical and I have hooks in the top just for hanging stuff.

                    Golf shots no clue, all is good here.

                      On second thought maybe you need to work on your priorities. I see all that meat stacked up in a perfectly good BEER KEG COOLER! Where's the beer, I didn't get call to help!

                        I have always wanted a kegerator and here you are abusing one? I will trade you one of my extra refrigerators for you kegerator.....

                          Looks like a big smoke is in your future.

                          Good luck and have fun.

                          If you find a spare minute or two, snap some pics. But as busy as I imagine you are going to be, you might want to put someone else in charge of picture taking.
