This is the one I have had for 10 years plus.. Great grinder, never had any issues with it.. The only thing I was toss the plates & knives and buy all new stainless steel plates and blades..

Same Grinder I have also, works great, no issues either..... I got the SS blade with mine, but the plates are not SS..... I will upgrade them some time.

Cabelas also has their Heavy Duty Meat Grinder on sale right now ($69.99 down from $99.99). I ordered one yesterday . . . anyone have any experience with this grinder? Any reason I should cancel and order the Northern instead?

I have used kitchen aide for small batches last 10 years....My brother has the unit in thread...No comparison....A dedicated grinder like this is hands down better in every way.....

Also..If i burn up my kitchen aide..No cookies etc...
