I am pissed i didnt get any pics of the finished food on the buffet tables because i made it look professional damn that sucks!! Should have had my daughter taking pics but of course i didnt think of that yesterday but i will make sure to get more pics next time damnit!! I was overwhelmed at the amount of compliments and people saying that my food was way better than any bbq restaurants around
There was way more food than needed because a smaller than expected turnout but more is better than not enough, and thanks everyone for the tips on cooking the chicken at higher temps because that came out great!! And it gave me plenty of time for a few batches of it. I did a little video before anyone was there of the reception and ill post it later.

I can tell by the pictures that the pictures don't tell the whole story.

If you fed half the people you had seating capacity for, that is quite an accomplishment.

for pulling off the BIG one. That is quite an undertaking and something to be proud of -- pics or not.

Glad to hear it went well, Gary.

Thanks guys, it is a great feeling to have pulled off what we did with the total lack of any coordination from anyone involved in the whole thing, no one knew anything about anything going on,me and a friend made it happen and if not for him i would have been in trouble, I was under the assumtion that all i had to do was the meat but turned out differently, will get more pics from other people that hopefully took more pictures
