  • K, no pics, so it didn't happen. But you may want to play with this one.

I wanted to, I swear! I took my camera and everything. But it hung on the hook until, wiping the sweat from my forehead and downing a beer, I picked it up on the way home.

Please try the deep fried, soft boiled egg. And yes DDave this is another panty dropper!
Okay, do the 5 minute boiled egg, peel and chill.
This is a standard, flour, egg and panko deep fry coating or whatever your favorite deep fry mix is.
Just deep fry the bitch and make sure when you cut into it, the soft yolk spills out of it's breaded, deep fried coating onto whatever dish you are serving. Be it pasta, fish, chicken, beef, potatos, rice or whatever.
I did a deconstructed eggs benidict. Soft, crustless whole grain bread, with matchstick canadian bacon, shredded sharp cheddar, melted under the broiler and topped with a golden crusted egg. Serious here, the first girl I served this to, gasped and giggled when the yolk squirted out, as I cut it open.
    I'm just sayin.

Damn! I knew I was gonna get the computer nerd picture, , ,well at least it was from someone that will do this technique up right. Now you gotta do the photo journalist thing for us. Maybe a sausage thing? Sorry I'm still on dialup here. So I depend on you flat landers to help me out

Now you've got my attention. Even without pics, I was able to visualize this one. Thanks for the (kind of) recipe.

                          The egg thing sounds good.
But without pics, it's really just a philosophical discussion.
IF an egg fries and nobody sees it - what sound does it make ?

I would like to add that I saw the term 'panty dropper' and just assumed it gave you the shits.
