    Everyone thanks for the advice on everything,

    Since I did get alot I figured I'll take a bit of all of it. I got a chuckie in the fridge and some ribs don't worry pics are comming for both I'm having camra problems (It wasn't charged but i got a few in the begining not a full set of the smoke yet)
    Texas-Hunter thanks for the charts they are very handy. Tommorrow is the big event for me the Brisket. As far as my gage issue I am using the potatoe trick and marking the junk thermo I got and I will see if it stays the same for my smokes and by tommorrow I think I will have a good feel for it. We shall see good or bad.
    Good me and the fam will be fat dumb and happy, bad the dogs will be lol.
    Thanks again for everything the support and the advice. I love this site I spent alot of time on everything everyone has posted and I do have a warm fuzzy.
    I'm not real smart but I can lift heavy things.
