  • i dub thee "MANLY pigs in a blanket"

it's now almost 11:30 here, i'm not able to sleep, i'm bored, so I decided to start cooking and drinking. mind you, i need to be up in 5 hours for work. who cares anymore? lol

we start with some better-than-usual ingredients... pepperjack cheese in lieu of american, and smoked ham lunchmeat in lieu of hotdogs... i said "better than usual", not "the best ever". lol

pile it on just like we would do for the young-un's and toss it in the oven. in the mean time, grab a beer and turn on the TV, looking for something to pass the time until the food is done. the bottle of juice is what i like to call "liquid awesome". homemade BBQ sauce. i still need to recreate and document the ingredients.. this stuff surpasses any store-bought sauce i have ever tasted (other than honey budweiser). and yes, i ran out of/ate the remainder of the pepperjack, so i resorted back to american cheese.

i don't expect points... i'm bored out of my mind and hate the cold. trust me... if it was still 70 degrees outside at night, i sure as hell wouldn't be inside. i'd be outside smoking something. lol

    Later,
    Andy

Looks edible to me. When we do it we use Johnsonville Beef Hot Dogs wrapped in Croissant dough.
