I was gonna toss it, but screw it. Im baggin it and seeing where it stands in a couple weeks. I might as well give ya the rundown on them as far as what they are rubbed with.
In the first pic, starting on the left, we have a chesse that I did once before with great results. Cheddar that was soaked in pickled jalepeno juice for 3 days. Next, cheddar and rosemary, the middle one, is coffee rubbed into the cheese and it is my favorite so far. A the smoke, cheese and coffee really compliment one another. Will for sure keep this one as a standby. Next we have cheddar and rubbed sage. Last we have your basic black pepper.

Still can't compare to Rich's Chernobyl fired meltdown, but still pretty good.
flavors sound pretty good too, and I bet that after it sits, it'll be pretty awesome...smokey and delicious. You'll have to see if you can find any of Alex's snowflake ritz crackers.BBQ Eng.
