We start off with 3# of ground chuck mixed with the world famous "Larry Burger Seasonings". A bit of chopped onion, a bit of copped tomato, lettuce, Grey Poupon, Heintz Ketchup.

And on the "chopping block".

Actually only one was chopped, the larger one was vac bagged and given to a friend. I used a bacon called Farmingtons, crap! More like sliced chunks of bacon, made life difficult - won't do that again.
The LBFTY was most excellent! Sorry I forgot to get sliced or plated pics.:faint:

Trust me.....It wad gooOOood!

Interestin'... how did the lettuce fare thru that? I'd probably not care for it as I like it crisp.

And yeah...never use "good" bacon. The cheap stretchy stuff works best for ANY wrap/weave thing I have ever done.

It was cheap bacon...too cheap. The lettuce really kinda disappeared, just blended in. Next time I'll slice some Kosher dills or relish! Still, is WAS darn good!

That looks Awsome.. :drooling: and I see BACON made an appearance.. :banana_smiley::thumb: very cool. I made a similar fattie a while ago except I used fresh spinach instead of lettuce.
