Picked up some nice lamb chops last night. Any recommendation on smoking or grilling?

Darrin, I'm not much of a fan of Lamb. Only way I've used it so far has been ground and used with veal as a fatty. But with that. How about doing BOTH.
I like to put my thick steaks on the smoker for awhile hr or 2 if you can keep the heat down enough and than finish off on the grill.
Wish I liked lamb, It sure looks beautimus

Darrin, I would grill them on your weber with some wood chunks in there, or a foil packet of chips.

yep if there chops then i would let the grill have its day, if they were still in roast form, then i'd give it to the smoker. never had lamb until not to long ago, i was missing out. and lets have some pics if possible!!!Charbroil SFB
