good quick meal and damn tasty..........

i use my standard bread dough and roll out a little circle....notice that the edges are pretty thin and the center is thick.


a scoop of PP with a little sauce mixed in and egg wash the edges.


fold up the edges in a spiral manner and then egg wash and bake.


out of the oven


tonight was cheap mac 'n chz for the side.....

Let me tell you from personal experience that these are freaking fantastic. When Mrs Scar and I went to Phoenix a couple of months ago we stopped by to see Rob and he fixed these for us. I have been meaning to steal the recipe for a while now. I think they would be good with some smoked chicken too.
