Made an old time favorite yesterday in the kitchen for lunch yesterday. Take 7 thin slices of Genoa Hard Salami and spread out single layer in a hot skillet. Once the bottom is browned turn and brown the other side. Remove skillet from heat, place salami in a sandwich sized pile and cover with 2 slices of provolone cheese and cover. Toast a bun,pile it on, and enjoy. I don't like any condiments on this one, the grease soaks into the bun and this things got plenty of flavor. Enjoy!
