T-bone, hashbrowns, quail eggs & crab claws - w-pics

Still on BBQ hiatus.

Needed a good supper tonight before a long day of cooking tomorrow.

Grabbed a nice t-bone steak, some hash browns, some quail eggs, and some crab claws.

Pan fried the steak to medium rare, griddled the hash browns, pan fried the quail eggs (2) sunnyside up, (2) overeasy. Quail eggs are brilliant, just like chicken eggs but richer.

Also steamed some crab claws.

the quail eggs were a revelation, chicken eggs times 10 as far as flavor.

I am/was drinking Mickey's had to stop as i have to get up early tomorrow to cook.

Wish...here in Florida...you can break off the biggest claw & throw the crab back in the water. Mainly Blues....Man they good!
