holy crap man slow down on the typing, I'm tired out reading all these words
So that 'stew' did you mix all the big chunks out ? those big cups looked kinda smooth.
And what was the mystery meat ?

Once the meats are par boiled they all go into the grinder with the other ingredients.
I sell the the stew everytime i make it .Folks like the heck outta it .
