Purchased an electric smoker about month and half ago and smoked severy times. Each time it feels like an adventure since I have never smoked anything before. Some of the receipes that came with the smoker provided some sauces/rubs and smoking time and I use them as guidelines. So far only had two failures. Brisket was tough and the jerky was tasty but way over dried. Looking forward to getting some advice for those of you that are sharing your successes and failures.
