  • Aother Experiment with CheeseCake Curds...Blueberrie this time.

I did a Lemon Curd cheesecake awhile back and followed same procedure as recipe near end of this thread i did.

    http://www.smoked-meat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=9897

    Fresh made Curd

Used a bit much and the blueberrie was heavier then lemon

This was for my brothers dinner party last week and in a rush i swirled a little deep and poorly

This caused curd to sink a bit and look ok....Was a big hit though...Thinking of next flavor for curd...Just made another Lemon for my sisters blow-out party tonite...

        Looks great Alex!

The best recipe I have for cheesecake is let my wife make it.

        Drinks well with others

Nice looking cheesecake. Just a thought for your next one, have you ever used figs?

Awesome cheesecake! I make them alot (I actually sell them for a little extra cash!)

I love using a combo of cherries and peaches. Mmmmm.... I buy them from Chukar cherries. A little pricey but damn good.

I like your swirl job too, very nice sir!

Both of them look awesome, Alex! I'm on a diet, so I could only have 2 or 3 pieces at once.
