    cubed some potatos and seasoned with some Paula Deen House Seasoning ,buttered and wrapped in foil.

    Tilapia rubbed on both sides with evoo,then came the cajun seasoning and old bay.

    bout 10 minutes on the weber kettle and a splash of lemon juice later dinner is served with herb and buttered rice

                  actually did this the other night cubed potatoes and tomatoes drizzled with evoo and salt/pepper and then add the tilipa slightly frozen with some lemon pepper ,wrapped in foil packet in the oven it went about 30 minutes or so...very good stuff
