  • What to do on a beautiful day?

Well, it made it to 60 today so the plan was to get the bike out and ride all day. I got it moved to the garage and that was as far as it went. My battery is shot! Put the charger on for a while, nothin. Put a diff charger on, still nothin. Thought maybe it was the chargers so I went out and bought another one. Still nothin. So, got out a package of some sweet italian sausage I made up a few weeks ago and some hamburger. Fired up the ecb with lump and hickory and just sat outside. Guess if I can't ride, might as well smoke something. They had a good flavor. Needed more spice for me but my wife loved them just the way they were.

Here they are on the ecb

    Just about done

    Ready to dig in

I used Rytecs recipe, but I think next time I'll make the hot italian just for me.
