    Chicken Sausage - Thanks TH!

    Just finished this batch of fresh chicken w/sun-dried tomatoes and thought I'd share the results and thank Texas-Hunter in the process. He inspired me to try the chicken thing and everone has loved the results (fresh, smoked, with and without Jalapenos) to date. This batch is all thighs w/skin. Test fry patty was tasty. My first try at a pic (hope its here). Thanks for looking; and thanks again TH.
