    My first and only bacon project. Im doing more of this very very soon. Ive got evrything I need at home except myslef so as soon as I get in I will start my bacon and this time I want to do 75#s but wnat to use bellies if i can find them. if not will do Buck Board...

            Great lookin' smoke! That is a boat load of Bacon!

            I sure am seeing a lot of these wooded smokers lately. I'm really starting to think that it is a great idea.

                I smoked for about 10 hours at around 125. I didnt get much heat at all on it. Was very good finsihed....
