  • Bacon explosion

MY fiancee made one of these for the superbowl (in the oven) and it was amazing! my cholesterol shot through the roof and i could feel my arteries hardening with each bite, but OMG it was worth it.

wondering if anyone has smoked these? they mention it on their website and the pictures are good enough to make your mouth water.

Gotta agree these things are fantastic. The variations are limitless but will be easier if you search for them by the name of them. Fatty or fattie.

we have a forum for them right here. http://www.smoked-meat.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=15

Look forward to seeing your creations.

lol I suspect every last one of us has :-)
Or at least some variation thereof.

I'll even admit to making small ones called fatty-pies in the oven (hey I was in a hurry and hungry) :-)
You've come to the right place alright :-)
