60oz ricotta cheese
8 0z mozerella & provolene mix { Sargentio ]
5 oz parmesan
16 oz cottage cheese large curd
3lbs favorite sauce
4 tbsp italian saeson
3 tbsp leafy oregano
kosher salt &white pepper to tatste
Anything smoked is da bomb .

Yup have to re attach it after the cook .I planned on doing it after the cook ..
