Probably turn out just fine is my bet :{) Not hot enough for me tho- I'd have a couple cayannes or some such in there too!

I have relatives in the Elryia/Vermillion area..that's "north coast" right?

I'm not sure on why the water. I was following this recipe for the amish mustard eggs.
I will post how these turn out later.
                  AMISH MUSTARD EGGS

Boil and Peel 12 eggs and put into a heat proof container.

                  4 Tablespoons yellow mustard
                  2/3 cup of sugar
                  1/2 teaspoon salt
                  3/4 cup white vinegar
                  3/4 cup water
2 drops of yellow food coloring

Mix all ingrediants in saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring almost constantly.

                  Pour sauce over eggs.

                  Let cool.

Put container in Fridge for 72 hours to let eggs absorb the sauce.

Anything spicy works for me! I keep telling myself just one more day on my batch of spicy eggs. I turn them every day when I get home from work, but haven't cracked to temptation yet.
