Decided to add a light to indicate when the auger was running because setting the P-Setting and also for troubleshooting.
Went to Radio Shack and purchase some Molex connectors and a miniature lamp with a holder.
Made a spice, removed controller, disconnected a molex connector between controller and auger, plugged in my splice, drilled a hole for the lamp, ran the wires to the lamp and soldered, installed the lamp and reinstalled the controller.
Fired up the Traeger and the red lamp indicated auger was running.
I set the controller to 225 , after normal start up, and at 225 indicated the lamp went out. I was a little late in getting the picture sorry.
Took me about an hour and a half and I still wonder why Traeger did not do it for me.
