New 2 smoking

I am new to smoking I got my smoker last weekend and am here to learn what I can about smoking. It is hard to find really good smoked meats on a regular basis. I have found the best smokers are not the commercial guys but rather the guy who chooses to smoke in his backyard. I want to be one of those guys.

I am using a Char-Broil CB600 propane smoker.
