I finished my Bacon so took a small slab and sliced it up and then diced it and fried it up. I made two Pizzas for dinner tonight. I bought some roll out dough at wally world. I mixed small can of tomato basil sauce with cup of my home made bbq sauce. Toppings were:
Buckboard Bacon
Jalapeno summer sausage
Pulled the meat off some ribs I smoked and put in freezer
Pepperoni
Smoked Colby and Mozzeralle cheese
One had Jalapenos and Mushrooms

Was very good pizza...

For dessert I made a Key Lime cheese cake yesterday and I made two loaves of Amish Frienship Bread with apples and Pecans..

I liked the extra spice but was too spicy for the kids but the reg sausage was almost too much for kids

Not sure what he used, but I use the Pillsbury roll out pizza dough sometimes. At my Kroger, it's not in the same aisle with the biscuits like you would think. They keep it in a refrigerated section of the pasta and pasta sauce aisle so you might want to check that area at your store. :thumb:
