  • Trial Sausage view!

    Just thought Id try and post a thread on the site....

    I have been making a lot of sausage and such in the past week. I made lots of deer burger, some Swedish Potato sausage ( by a german), more deer bacon, and a lot of snack sticks.

    heres the pics... hopefully.
    some stuffed sticks

    some smoked stickes

    and the lil guy who wanted to help

                you guys keeping putting these ideas in my head. DagNabIt, I don't need another habit.
                Keep em coming I love snack sticks and sausage. I'll get there one of these days.

                    thanks fellas, steve that is actually my sisters kid, thanks though! they have been here processing all our meat from this past season. The kid wanted to help so bad... but he just seemed to get in the road... oh well least he finds more enjoyment in huntin, fishin, hangin with us and smoking meat at age 4 than playing video games!:D proud of that lil bugger thus far.

                      Look at it this way Kev, With your ESP you will be getting from the Gov. you can buy all the stuff you need to begin down the road on becoming a Sausage Head.
