Need a ET73 Probe

In the middle of doing a reverse sear on a beef loin my internal probe started reading HHH on the transmitter.

Testing indicates it is bad,

There are replacements on Ebay for 13.50, just wondering if that is the best place to get them.

Contact the Manufacture... They have sent me a few replacements over the years for free with no need to send back the old one!

Also be very careful when washing the probes, if you get moisture where the cable meets the probe... it will cause damage and/or inaccurate readings.

Usually a phone # on the back of the instruction sheet that comes with the thermo. Call that. More than likely it will be customer service.

If you do go with ebay, get the longer, heavier cord variety... they rock!
