new style chix & dumps.

  • new style chix & dumps.

    boil 5-6 chix quarters for around an hour.
    before it's fall apart- reseason & broil it for 30 mins @ 400.
    set crispy skin aside & fry & crumble it w/ bacon.
    return shredded meat to pot & hit boiling(thin slice celery,onion,& garlic pwdr w/ fiesta brand fajita rub...
    into the oven w/ french fried onions & garlic cheese crushed croutons(the blue bag)

    right before serving -sprinkle w/ parsley,crumbled chix skin,& crumbled bacon..

    this stuff is flavorful & has an awesome texture

                canned biscuits do not enter this house. the wife is the breadmaker but i do the dumplings myself from scratch.
