  • First run with the new Cuisi Rotis....And I must say I am pleased.

I unpacked the new Cuisinart Rotisserie that I got for Christmas and figured I'd put in a whole chicken. So I injected it with a little white wine and seasoning and into the fridge overnight. Next day I rubbed it and into the Rotisserie.

    Here it is just in.

    Starting to turn..

    And done....

All in all I think I am going to like this thing, very easy to clean with the non stick drip pan that comes with. I am going to do a beef roast next.
    Thanks for lookin....

Very nice. I gotta get one of them. My buddy has one and loves it. Plus, you are not heating the whole kitchen up like the oven does.

                That is one cool appliance.

Can't wait to see how the roast ends up. If it tastes as good as I am imagining that yardbird does, it will be great.

Nice lookin chicken ya got there, I really like how crisp the skin gets in there. Indoor rotisseries are the cat's meow when it's freezin out and ya don't want to spend time outside cookin. I got a 6 bone beef rib roast that's goin in our Showtime Pro this Sunday.

does that stay moist? I heard somewhere, from someone, sometime ago (I honestly have no clue where, when, or who said it), but the vertical rotisseries allow the juices to flow out the bottom. the horizontal ones let the juices stay o the bird and roll around, almost self-basting. I dunno how much i really believe that, but i'm curious.

it looks pretty damn good from where i'm sitting though.
