I had a chocolate tini in Vegas at Delmonico's Emerils steak house, in the Venition.. (sp?) anyhow we had the tender write down the stuff.. no chocolate liqour at all... I will have to dig up that recipe... it was most delightful..as was the peppercorn crusted filet...with the rosemary demiglase...
