            Just ordered the ET-732, a smoker and some dust. I've read a lot of reviews from here and other sites on the smoker. Everything looked good, so I bought that. I've wanted one for quite some time.

            Doctor Phreak's video review of the ET-732 sent me over the edge for the thermometer.

            I'm figuring if the temps ever start an upward climb I'll do some cold smoking. May be a while, but I've got time to figure out what I want to smoke... Salmon, cheese, maybe some cheese...

                My 73 is on its last leg, so after 4 years, I am about to replace it this spring I guess.

                  Just to let you know i received my 732 Saturday in the mail...
                  Looks great and appears to be better made. The buttons on the Trans. are on the front side and work well the switches on the main unit are membrane and take a little to get use to as you have to hold them down a second or so...
                  Ordered mine from Todd last year but was to slow and he sold out.. He allowed me to have hem on back order so as soon as he received them he shipped. Great org to work with...

                  Have not tested yet but if you had one and have did you try to run the 73 and the 732 next to each other and di they talk to the correct receiver???

                  I will test this out this week end...

                    I'm still waiting on mine. They tried to deliver it Saturday but my office is closed so they are holding it at the post office but they are closed today. Dang!
