first we got a chuckie.. lil guy 5lbs... injected with worshy, red wine and coffee... then I went for the sirachi sauce for a slather.. all gone.. (in Cabana boys locker at school) WTF? so grabbed the Dave's insanity instead..
Slatherd with Daves, and rubbed with Java..


then we went to ribs.. two racks of st louis.. first rack slathered with Colemans mustard ...

then rubbed with "thank you come again" rub..
Second rack slathered with reg mustard and rubbed with Billy Bones... yum!


snacks for in between.. but of course Squeef Balls stuffed with cheese...
and on the smoker!


I think I got a pix before the squeef's were all gone... two fatties on now.. no photos.. behind schedule .. one chili cheese fattie and one mac n cheese fattie... more porn later!!
