  • veal parmesian lasagna ????

i wanted veal parmesian but the only pasta i had on hand was lasagna noodles so here ya go...next time i'll add a layer of wine/garlic/bacon sauteed spinach to it for a true 1 pan wonder.

    the pics w/ the layers.

1st layer of noodles w/ homemade sauce

added the breaded & fried veal-i used crushed seasoned croutons for the breading.

add some 6 cheese italian blend

another layer of pasta w/ sauce on top.

added another layer w/ sourcream & mozzarella

a bit more sauce & 6 cheese blend then baked

    plated up.
