A friend of mine gave me some of his left over sheep casings for hot dogs, enough for about 10 to 15 lbs, and guess what, now I have to make hot dogs. I have never made them before and I'm looking forward to doing it. Does anyone have any advice for me or favorite recipes that they would like to share. I'm thinking I will make them with a 50/50 mix of pork and venison, does this sound about right?
